Pancakes

  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 eggs

Toppings (optional):

  • blueberries
  • walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mash banana. Add coconut flour and egg and stir until a smooth batter forms.
  2. Cook pancakes on medium heat.
  3. Serve with toppings if desired.
