Apple Pie Baked Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1 tsp ground flax (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Peeled Snacks Gently Dried Organic Apple


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly grease a small ramekin with coconut oil
  3. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour into the ramekin, add some dried apple slices on top, and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes and then enjoy!
