The Easiest & Most Delicious Banana Pudding (Dairy-Free & Gluten-Free)

  • 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.
  2. Pour into individual glasses, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Enjoy! I added some chopped bananas & coconut flakes on top.
