Blueberry Cauliflower Acai Bowl

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 Sambazon unsweetened acai packets
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 2 frozen bananas

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide between two bowls and enjoy immediately!
