Blueberry Flax Smoothie (Vegan & Gluten-Free)

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup steamed the frozen cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet Balance nutrient extractor (or you can use a high-speed blender) and blend until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Pour into a glass and optionally add some blueberries, hemp seeds and almond butter on top.
