- 1/3 avocado, sliced
For the butternut squash:
- 1/4 cup roasted butternut squash
- olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper
For the turmeric cashew spread:
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked in 1/2 cup water for at least 5 hours
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- pinch of pink sea salt
