Vegan Bulletproof Matcha Latte
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Heat the coconut milk and water in a small pot over the stovetop until almost at a boil.
- Pour the heated liquid into a blender with the remainder of the ingredients and blend until everything is well combined and frothy.
- Pour into 2 mugs and enjoy!
