This smoothie bowl is the perfect combination of coconut and fruit. I used crunchy toppings such as pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs and granola. I also added a big spoonful of Philosophie Superfoods Berry Bliss Coconut Butter – this stuff is packed with superfoods and is vegan, gluten-free, paleo, raw, organic (basically as healthy and clean as it gets). Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 Pitaya Plus frozen smoothie packet
- 1 frozen banana
- Toppings:
- Purely Elizabeth granola
- Pumpkin seeds
- Cacao nibs
- 1 spoonful Philosophie Superfoods Berry Bliss Coconut Butter
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
