Heat coconut oil and maples syrup in a skillet over medium-low heat. Once hot add the mixed berries, stirring occasionally for about 5 – 10 minutes, or until they’re perfectly soft and juicy. Set aside.
In a small sauce pan combine all of the ingredients for the ‘oatmeal’ and cook for approximately 5 minutes until it’s thick and creamy. If it’s too thick add some more almond milk. Pour into a bowl and serve with the stewed berries and any additional toppings.
