Peachy Oat Yogurt Parfait

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats (gluten free if necessary)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup almond milk (any milk or water will work)
  • 1 container The Greek Gods chia peach yogurt (stirred)
  • 1 peach, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp almond butter


  1. Add the oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract and almond milk to a small pot over the stovetop. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook on low for 5 minutes, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  2. Now make the parfait by pouring the oatmeal into a jar, followed by the yogurt then the peaches and a drizzle of almond butter. Enjoy!
