This peanut butter pumpkin dip is the most perfect thing to serve at Thanksgiving, or at any fall gathering! I love serving it with apples and pears as a dip, or as a spread on crackers.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 3/4 cup creamy organic peanut butter
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large blender or food processor add all ingredients (water first) and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in a bowl as a dip or a spread.
