of vanilla coconut milk ice cream (I buy the brand
Coconut Bliss
)
Handful of sea salt
Pipcorn
1 tbsp
tahini
1 tbsp
maple syrup
Instructions
Scoop the ice cream into your ice cream dish.
Add a handful of
Pipcorn
To make the caramel sauce: add the tahini and maple syrup in a small dish and stir until well combined in a sauce-like consistency. If it is too thick add a tiny bit of water to thin it out.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the ice cream and popcorn.
