This smoothie bowl is so creamy, I could call it ice cream (a non-dairy, healthy ice cream that is). Adding avocado to your smoothies makes the consistency so thick and creamy. I added a huge handful of kale to this smoothie and can’t even taste it – perfect way to sneak in some greens! The mango, pineapple and banana in this recipe will make you feel like you’re on vacation somewhere tropical!

After finishing my smoothie bowl, I decided to keep my ‘tropical vacation vibes’ going and did a coffee body scrub. I’ve been LOVING my Kona Body scrub because it leaves my skin feeling silky and smooth after. I always try to eat natural and organic food, so I try to do the same with my skincare routine. I love that this scrub is made with all natural ingredients and is vegan/non-gmo.

I’m going to try to make a habit of having relaxing mornings like these more often where I can feel like I’m on vacation for an hour.   • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 tbsp raw cashew butter
  • 1/4 frozen avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings.
