Vegan Turmeric Latte

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 2 tsp raw manuka honey
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1/2 tsp reishi mushroom
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • Pinch of himalayan pink salt
  • Pinch of black pepper


  1. Warm the organic almond milk in a small pot over low heat it reaches a low boil.
  2. Add all ingredients to the pot with the almond milk then pour into a blender and blend for a few seconds on high.
  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy this warming tonic.
