I am so obsessed with these banana bread chocolate chip cookies!! They’re the perfect choice when you’re craving banana bread AND a chocolate chip cookie – now you get the best of both worlds!! The taste like a soft-baked chocolate chip cookie with that banana bread taste.
These cookies are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free. They’re lightly sweetened with just mashed banana and maple syrup – no refined sugar!! The flour used in this recipe is almond flour and oat flour. My favorite part about vegan baking is that you can lick the batter since there’s no raw egg in it 🙂

Vegan Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 F
Add almond flour, oat flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Mix well to combine.
In a separate bowl mix together the almond butter, maple syrup and banana, then pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add in chocolate chips and mix to combine.
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes (or can leave overnight).
Using a cookie scooper, scoop the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 14 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes prior to enjoying.
