Vegan & Gluten-Free Mac N Cheese

  1. Add all ingredients (except the pasta) into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If the sauce is too thick add a little more almond milk.
  2. Prepare pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Pour sauce over the pasta and mix well. Enjoy!
