No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Dough that is made with minimal and clean ingredients and is completely raw, vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free & naturally sweetened with just dates.
I made the BEST EVER vegan / paleo no-bake chocolate cookie dough! It’s so easy to make! This recipe only requires 5 simple whole food ingredients. I love that there’s absolutely no sugar in here, yet it’s soooo sweet thanks to the dates!
You can use raw cacao powder for this recipe, but I love using Cacao Magic from Philosophie Superfoods for an extra superfood and protein boost!!

Raw / Vegan / Gluten-Free No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Dough
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates (soak in hot water for 30 minutes first then drain if they’re hard – if they’re soft then no need to soak first).
- 1/2 cup creamy cashew butter
- 3 tbsp Philosophie Superfoods Cacao Magic (use code leahspate20 for 20%off)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp pink sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it forms into a dough.
- Using an ice cream scooper scoop out onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Place in the fridge for at least an hour to harden a bit and then keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week OR freeze and just defrost one prior to eating!
