Yogurt & Chia Parfait
honey or maple syrup (I like
pure date syrup
organic yogurt (any flavor of your liking)
Prepare the chia pudding the night before by combining the chia seeds, sweetener and almond milk in an airtight container.
In the morning make the parfait in the following layering order: yogurt, fresh berries, chia pudding, topped with more fresh berries. You can even sprinkle some
on top for a nice crunch!
To make vegan use coconut yogurt, or any non-dairy yogurt
