Yogurt & Chia Parfait


  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (I like pure date syrup)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup organic yogurt (any flavor of your liking)
  • fresh berries


  1. Prepare the chia pudding the night before by combining the chia seeds, sweetener and almond milk in an airtight container.
  2. In the morning make the parfait in the following layering order: yogurt, fresh berries, chia pudding, topped with more fresh berries. You can even sprinkle some granola on top for a nice crunch!


To make vegan use coconut yogurt, or any non-dairy yogurt
