Avocado Toast with Micro Greens, Tahini & Olive Oil

  • 2 slices of gluten-free bread (or any bread)
  • 3/4 mashed avocado
  • handful of micro greens
  • 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of pink sea salt
  • pinch of black pepepr


  1. Lightly toast the bread and while the bread is toasting mash the avocado
  2. Put the mashed avocado on the bread followed by the micro greens, tahini, olive oil, pink sea salt and pepper. Enjoy!
