Avocado Toast with Micro Greens, Tahini & Olive Oil
- 2 slices of gluten-free bread (or any bread)
- 3/4 mashed avocado
- handful of micro greens
- 1/2 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of pink sea salt
- pinch of black pepepr
- Lightly toast the bread and while the bread is toasting mash the avocado
- Put the mashed avocado on the bread followed by the micro greens, tahini, olive oil, pink sea salt and pepper. Enjoy!
