Berry Oatmeal Bake

This mixed berry baked oatmeal is an easy and delicious breakfast that is vegan and gluten-free!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup mixed berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Add all ingredients except for the berries into a large mixing bowl
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish with avocado oil spray and pour the oatmeal mixture into the dish
  4. Evenly scatter the mixed berries on top
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and enjoy!
