Chocolate Chia Pudding

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes


  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp cacao (I like Cacao Magic) for 10% off use leahsplate10 at checkout
  • 1 banana (half mashed and reserve half for topping)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey, maple syrup, or date syrup


  1. Stir all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined. Place the mixture in an airtight container and allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight, or until the chia seeds have expanded and a pudding-like consistency is achieved (about one hour). Enjoy in the morning with any toppings of your liking. Suggested toppings are fresh berries, banana, goji berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and cinnamon.
