Easy Cinnamon Cashew Milk (Vegan)

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 cups filtered water

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours.
  2. Rinse the cashews and pour into a blender with the cinnamon and 4 cups of filtered water.
  3. Blend on high for 1 minute. 
  4. Pour into a jar and refrigerate.
