Healthy Paleo Cobb Salad

This paleo cobb salad is the perfect healthy lunch to enjoy! It’s packed with healthy fat, good quality protein and fiber!

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 pasture-raised hard-boiled eggs, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 slice of organic pasture-raised bacon (cooked in avocado oil or ghee)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cooked organic chicken
  • 2 tbsp paleo ranch dressing


  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl or plate, starting with the lettuce and ending with the dressing. Enjoy!
