This breakfast burrito consists of only FIVE ingredients and is so simple to make! I used a paleo wrap and filled it with berries, almond butter and grain-free granola. It is such a satisfying breakfast packed with nutrients, healthy fat and protein. This meal is vegan, paleo and gluten-free to top it off!
The paleo wrap that I used is made with coconut meat, coconut water and unrefined coconut oil. As you can see, these ingredients are super clean. I simply added some almond butter, blueberries, strawberries and grain-free granola and wrapped it up into one big, amazing breakfast burrito. Paleo Fruit Burrito
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Spread a layer of the almond butter over the wrap.
- Add the berries on top of the almond butter.
- Sprinkle the granola over the berries.
- Roll the wrap creating a burrito.
