Paleo Berry Breakfast Burrito
This breakfast burrito consists of only FIVE ingredients and is so simple to make! I used a paleo wrap and filled it with berries, almond butter and grain-free granola. It is such a satisfying breakfast packed with nutrients, healthy fat and protein. This meal is vegan, paleo and gluten-free to top it off!
The paleo wrap that I used is made with coconut meat, coconut water and unrefined coconut oil. As you can see, these ingredients are super clean. I simply added some almond butter, blueberries, strawberries and grain-free granola and wrapped it up into one big, amazing breakfast burrito. Feel free to get creative and use peanut butter instead of almond butter and experiment with different fruits.
My favorite grain-free granola options to use in this wrap (adds a nice crunch) are this one by Purely Elizabeth or this one by Paleonola.

Paleo Fruit Burrito
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 1 paleo wrap
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries (chopped)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp grain-free granola
- Spread a layer of the almond butter over the wrap.
- Add the berries on top of the almond butter.
- Sprinkle the granola over the berries.
- Roll the wrap creating a burrito.

DEEEELISH! Although, I’d swap out the almond butter for peanut butter…man, I used to love that stuff. Then I got pregnant, and after two kids, I can’t touch the stuff. Boo.
