Place the cashews in an airtight container and cover with filtered water. Place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours) (this softens and activates the cashews, bringing out the full health benefits).
After soaking the cashews for at least 4 hours (I soak mine overnight), drain the water and rinse the cashews.
Place 4 cups filtered water, the soaked cashews and the strawberries into a bowl and turn on a juicer (I love my Hurom juicer).
Slowly add the water, cashew and strawberry mixture into the slow juicer with a spoon and the nut milk will come out ready to consume.
Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
If you do not have a juicer you can blend the cashews and strawberries with 4 cups of filtered water. After blending, strain with a nut milk bag (use code leah10 for 10% off) and store in the fridge in a jar.
