Raw / Vegan / Gluten-Free No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Dough

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it forms into a dough.
  2. Using an ice cream scooper scoop out onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
  3. Place in the fridge for at least an hour to harden a bit and then keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week OR freeze and just defrost one prior to eating!
