Brain Boosting Walnut Cacao Smoothie

This is SUCH a treat for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Not only does it taste like a rich milkshake, it is 100% healthy. This smoothie is vegan, gluten-free and loaded with healthy fats from the walnuts. Walnuts are also known to be one of the best “brain foods”. I recommend this when you have a long day at work or studying. The cacao powder adds of dose of antioxidants and gives this smoothie its rich, chocolate taste.
Walnut Cacao Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 handful of raw, organic walnuts
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp coconut butter

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Small pinch himalayan pink salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
