Sharing my favorite healthy toddler lunchbox ideas + tips!
One of the most commonly asked questions that I receive is what are some good healthy toddler lunchbox ideas. I’m so excited to finally be sharing this with you! All of these ideas are nut-free, since the preschool that I sent Emma to is a nut-free school. All products that I linked to are ones that I use and highly recommend 🙂
Sandwich ideas:
- Sprouted whole wheat bagel (with grass-fed butter or cream cheese)
- Avocado & olive oil sandwich on whole wheat bread
- Hummus sandwich on whole wheat bread
- Avocado & hummus sandwich on whole wheat bread
- Sunflower seed butter & jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread
- Sunflower seed butter & jelly rollup on a spelt tortilla
- Sunflower seed butter & Manuka honey on whole wheat bread
- Turkey & cheese sandwich
- Turkey, cheese & hummus sandwich (try to sneak a piece of two of spinach in there)
- Coconut butter on whole wheat bread
- Coconut butter & Manuka honey on whole wheat bread
Protein:
- chicken salad
- turkey burger
- hard boiled eggs
- turkey & cheese roll-ups
Pasta:
- Pesto pasta (use my vegan kale pesto recipe)
- Pasta with peas and chicken

Healthy carbs:
