Vegan Blackberries & Cream Oatmeal
This heart-warming bowl of blackberries n cream oatmeal is a delicious vegan and gluten-free breakfast!
This cozy bowl of oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfasts during the colder winter months. It’s delicious, filling and nutritious. I cooked the oatmeal on the stovetop in almond milk and added cinnamon, mashed banana (to naturally sweeten the oats) and some ground flax for a little added protein and omega-3 fatty acids. However, the toppings are where it’s at (probiotic coconut yogurt, stewed blackberries, hemp seeds, bee pollen and a drizzle of the creamiest raw, sprouted organic almond butter). Does it get any better?! This breakfast is the most perfect way to start the day!
