This one’s for my local friends (or anyone traveling to South Florida)! I’ve had a lot of people ask me where I love to go for fresh juices and smoothies in South Florida. I love to make my own smoothies, but being a stay-at-home mom with a baby I try to find reasons to get out of the house and grabbing a smoothie bowl or juice is always a great excuse!

I have tried almost every juice bar in South Florida from Miami to Palm Beach. I am very picky and selective when it comes to what food I put into my body. I try to eat real and organic ingredients whenever possible. That being said, I carefully select where I go for my snacks/meals. Most of the juice bars listed below are organic, so you’re not drinking a side of pesticides with your kale 🙂
