Weekend Recap

Hi loves! This weekend was sooo good! We were more social than usual which was so needed. Friday night kicked off with homemade chicken teriyaki bowls that the everyone loved. Saturday morning we went to a drive-through animal adventure, which the girls LOVED (Animal Edventures in South Florida), followed by a visit to a cute little pumpkin patch. The girls each got to pick a pumpkin to bring home and we plan to paint and carve them this week. The girls are SOOO into Halloween, which is really putting Josh and I in the spirit as well – it’s really fun! Saturday afternoon we had some friends over for a BBQ that also have daughter’s around Emma and Jordyn’s ages and the girls had so much fun playing, and Josh and I loved getting to be social – we have been keeping to ourselves on weekends, so this was so needed. We both decided we’re going to make an effort to be more social on weekends – we both just get lazy and comfortable at home. Today we’re meeting my nieces at a park and then having a little outdoor ‘bagel picnic’ for an early lunch! Not sure what this afternoon will bring us yet, but I’m thinking a nice stroller walk around the neighborhood to look at all the fun Halloween decorations! Shows I’m currently binge-watching

Still DEEP into The Affair. Just started Season 3, and I heard only the first two seasons were good, so I’m sad this may be coming to an end for me, but definitely will give season 3 a fair try and form my own opinion.

THE BACHELORETTE – sooo FREAKING HAPPY that it’s finally here! What do you guys think of her?! I’m honestly so happy to see someone a bit older.

New season of The Housewives of Orange County – kind of over this show to be honest, but for some reason I still watch it. I feel like they need a whole new cast and could get such better ladies in Orange County!
