Sunday Things… 2.19.17
Hi loves! How was your weekend? Mine is far from over! Josh and I have a wedding in Miami tonight that I’m really looking forward to! However, before that I’m heading to hot kickboxing for a good sweat sesh! Yesterday I did my favorite yoga class and just hung with Josh and Emma the rest of the day.
I hope you enjoy my fave finds from this week:
How gorgeous/delicious are these vegan/gluten-free chocolate strawberry cups?!
I absolutely love this article on four secrets of people who finish their workweek on Thursday. I really want to try to be present in daughter’s life as much as I can so I’m thinking about taking Friday’s off so I can just relax! I don’t think people realize how much time full-time blogging actually takes!
I’ve been loving Ka’Chava protein lately – it’s super clean and is packed with superfoods! I love adding it to my smoothies and oatmeal! You can use my code LEAHSPLATE10 for 10% off (not an affiliate code).
Obsessing over this choker!
This wellness travel guide to London is amazing!
For my mama’s: I recently tried Parasol diapers for my little one – they are truly the soften diapers I have ever felt and have the cutest patterns! You can get a free sample by clicking here.

Hi, as in fighting Rheumatoid Arthritis would you say diet plays a big role? My dad suffers from rheumatoid arthritis after taking a bunch of medications a lot of bad reactions like secondary effects seem to occur to him. I currently took him to see a naturopathic doctor which he explain about the leaking gut and the plan was to stay gluten free. Any helpful tips that you can help me with, as in methods to fight this disease? Any recipes you can recommend me, as in to cook for the week or eat on daily basis?
I definitely thinking healthy eating can help to improve conditions, but I’m not a doctor or nutritionist so I’d definitely consult with one. I’d check out all the recipes on my blog since they are all healthy.
