This superfood matcha latte is the best way to begin your day! It’s vegan, gluten-free and will give you the energy you need without the crash later!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- handful of ice
- 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 1/4 tsp spirulina
- 1/4 tsp moringa powder
- 1/2 tsp lion’s mane powder
- 1 – 2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional if you want it sweet)
Instructions
- In a blender combine the water, matcha, spirulina, moringa lion’s mane and sweetener if using and blend.
- In a glass or jar add in the ice first, followed by the coconut milk and then the blended matcha mix. Enjoy!
