There’s literally never a day that I don’t crave avocado toast. My favorite combination lately has been avocado, micro greens, tahini, olive oil, pink sea salt and pepper. It’s so delicious and satisfying! Also, it’s packed with healthy fats thanks to the avocado, tahini and olive oil. It’s a MUST MAKE!!

Ingredients
- 2 slices of gluten-free bread (or any bread)
- 3/4 mashed avocado
- handful of micro greens
- 1/2 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of pink sea salt
- pinch of black pepepr
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread and while the bread is toasting mash the avocado
- Put the mashed avocado on the bread followed by the micro greens, tahini, olive oil, pink sea salt and pepper. Enjoy!
