Coconut Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

I have a new favorite smoothie in my rotation! This tastes like a coconut oatmeal cookie, but is healthy, gluten-free and made with lots of love 🙂
This smoothie is made with toasted coconut almond milk (made by Califia Farms (found at Whole Foods), which in my opinion is the thickest and creamiest almond milk of all their flavors), frozen bananas, oatmeal, unsweetened shredded coconut, almond butter, cinnamon and a Ginny Bakes Coconut Oatmeal Cookie for that extra yum factor! Ginny Bakes cookies are non-gmo, gluten-free and use the highest quality, organic ingredients. There is nothing artificial and no preservatives.

Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted coconut almond milk
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats (certified gluten-free if necessary)
- 1 Ginny Bakes coconut oatmeal bliss cookie (plus another for topping)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy with a Ginny Bakes coconut oatmeal cookie on top.
