This is the BEST chocolate banana bread recipe that I have ever tasted!! It is SO flavorful, perfectly moist and decadent! The best part is that it’s made with clean, healthy ingredients!! This chocolate banana bread is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free!!

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted & cooled), or can use avocado oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender blend the bananas, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- In a large bowl mix together the oat flour, cacao powder, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients from the blender into the large bowl with the dry ingredients and mix (don’t over-mix).
- Add 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips in the batter and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and evenly distribute the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
- Place in the oven and bake for 50 – 55 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes on a cooling rack prior to slicing.
